Techniques
We offer a wide range of practices and techniques that can be utilized during your session. When booking your session please keep in mind the 30-45 minute sessions address a specific area of the body that requires relief, 60-minute sessions are dedicated to full-body or area-focused relief, and 75-minute sessions (or more) will cover full-body relief.

Traditional therapeutic massage, promoting relaxation through gliding, kneading and percussion techniques.

THE INVITATION
An energy session inspired by Japanese hands-on techniques and craniosacral therapy, supporting balance across the energetic bodies. Gentle, intuitive touch and quiet presence encourage deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional clarity. Subtle craniosacral techniques work with the body’s natural rhythms to release tension and restore flow.
Free bird
Full body myofascial release designed to improve movement, function, and overall body awareness. This session blends mobility-based techniques including table Thai, targeted myofascial work, gentle scraping, and cupping to support full-body release. Deeper layers are addressed through focused deep tissue and trigger point work, while restorative elements help the nervous system soften and integrate. I use Take Care, an arnica-infused herbal oil from Bird’s Body Shop to support recovery, circulation, and ease within the tissues.
SWAY
Full body session inspired by Lomi-Lomi techniques. Long, flowing strokes and rhythmic movements create a deeply nurturing, wave-like experience that calms the nervous system, releases tension, and restores a sense of wholeness.
HEART + PSOUL
A deeply restorative session focused on opening the chest and softening the diaphragm to support fuller breath and release through the front body, blending myofascial and abdominal techniques to access deeper layers including gentle psoas work for the lumbar spine and hips, while incorporating hip mobility and targeted release through the upper and lower back to unwind stored tension, improve movement, and restore balance throughout the body.
THE GLOW
Consider this a serum for the years—a restorative, skin-nourishing session supporting circulation, lymphatic flow, and whole-body renewal, beginning with dry brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system and a full-body application of calendula-infused oil to hydrate and restore the skin, followed by scalp serum, face oil, gua sha, and myofascial release to lift, tone, and soften tension in the face and jaw. Finishing with a foot scrub and massage to unwind tension and bring the body into natural radiance.
IN THE CLOUDS
Acupressure points and deep tissue release are used to reduce tension in the neck and jaw, with Petrichor, a gentle oil from Bird’s Body Shop, to promote ease. A rosemary mint scalp massage supports circulation and relaxation. The session finishes with craniosacral therapy, using long, gentle holds to quiet the nervous system and support headache relief.
STONED
CBD hot stone massage for the back and calves targets specific areas of tension and supports circulation. Aromatherapy is used throughout to invite ease and deep relaxation. Hot towels for the feet soften and restore. Come in feeling however you do. Leave feeling pretty damn good.

Hot stones, cold stones, or a combination of both for contrast therapy, all paired with arnica-infused herbal oil to relax, restore, and reset the body.
foot scrub
Refresh your feet with a peppermint and rosemary foot scrub as a finishing touch.
CUPPING + INSTRUMENT WORK
A targeted add-on to release tension, increase circulation, and support deeper movement through the tissues.

Learn the art of touch
Private, hands-on instruction for those who want to learn how to care for a loved one through touch. Sessions are offered either in the comfort of your home or in the studio, and you must have a partner or body to work on during the lesson. You’ll be guided step-by-step through simple, effective techniques you can use at home.

If you’re interested in working together outside of the studio, please reach out via email. Services can be brought directly to you, including in-home table sessions or chair massage for group gatherings.
Available for a range of occasions, including day-of support, weddings, events, postpartum care, infant support, and comfort-focused care for those in later stages of life.
Travel services are available throughout Aquidneck Island, South County, and Providence. An additional travel fee applies.
